Invoice Creation Process for International Schools in Xero

This document provides step-by-step instructions for creating invoices for International Schools in Xero:

  1. Xero Account: Create an invoice from Mathspace Pty. Ltd.
  2. Invoice for the number and currency indicated in the line items section in Hubspot.
Branding Option: International AU
  1. Subscription Dates: The subscription period is typically from 1st September to 31st August. However, you can also refer to the dates in the HubSpot Deal contract fields or check the "Attachments" section below the line items section to view any attached agreement.
  2. Tax Rate: "GST Free Exports" needs to be the code used; Amount: Tax Exclusive
