How to reset a student's lantern profile

Please make sure to confirm the request or double-check the action, as it cannot be undone.

Steps:

  1. From the user profile, click the Lantern Profile link.
  2. Click the Delete button.
  3. Recreate the LanternProfile and LanternStudent for that user ID by going to: https://mathspace.co/admin/lantern/lanternprofile/add
    1. In the User field, enter the student ID
    2. In the User Type field, enter exactly: Student (with a capital S).
    3. Add the LanternStudent, selecting the correct Grade for the student.
