How task assignment changes when students move between classes

When a student is added to a class, all tasks assigned to that class with future due dates are automatically assigned to the student.

When a student is removed from a class, any future-due tasks assigned through that class are automatically unassigned from the student. This does not affect tasks that were assigned to the student individually.

If a student belongs to more than one class and the same task is assigned to multiple classes, the task will remain assigned as long as the student is still enrolled in at least one of those classes.
