Handling Campion Account Access Issues

18 March – Updated Process
If the Head of Maths or teacher confirms that students have paid, place their accounts behind the paywall until the end of the year (or align it with the plan’s end date).
We keep a record of all submitted names and accounts placed behind the paywall, and Campion will verify the payment on their end.

1. If proof of payment is provided:
  • Check this spreadsheet for the user’s name.
    • If found, confirm the student's email
    • Place the account behind the paywall.
2. If no proof of payment:
  • Check this spreadsheet for the user’s name:
    • If found: Place the account behind the paywall (also confirm the student's email address).
    • If not found: Ask for proof of payment and temporarily place the account behind the paywall (1–2 weeks).
  • Only update the paywall end date after receiving proof of payment.

 

 

Additional Step:
Any payments received from schools using Campion should also be sent to Eva Riccard at ERiccardi@campion.com.au. This ensures the payments are reflected in the API reports and that we have a record of the school’s payment.

 

Please record the names and emails in this spreadsheet so Rochelle can send the full list to Eva at the end of the day.
