How to Create a New Contact In Xero:
Here is a quick video on how to create a new contact in Xero.

 

Managing Products/Items In Xero:
  1. In Xero, go to the Business tab and then select "Products and services"
  2. To make changes to an existing product, locate the product, click the three dots next to it, and select 'Edit
  3. Make the necessary changes and click 'Save.'
  4. To add a new product/item, click on 'New Item' in the top right corner. Enter the details that align with both the line item description in HubSpot and the Xero product.
Use the account: 41250 - Print Text Book Sales (AUS) for textbooks and 41000 - Subscriptions (AUS) for Subscriptions.
