Guide on how to fix SAML logins

There are cases where a student didn't have the correct email and we either update it or the school updates it - they still log into the wrong account.

 

Please see the steps below and video created by Mansour:
  1. Go into User social auths from the admin page
  2. Enter the student's email
  3. Notice that the email is associated to 2 accounts
  4. Open both accounts and delete the entries
  5. You can also check the other email to make sure it's not associated with other accounts.
