Guide on how to fix SAML logins
There are cases where a student didn't have the correct email and we either update it or the school updates it - they still log into the wrong account.
Please see the steps below and video created by Mansour:
- Go into User social auths from the admin page
- Enter the student's email
- Notice that the email is associated to 2 accounts
- Open both accounts and delete the entries
- You can also check the other email to make sure it's not associated with other accounts.
