Common Canvas support issues

Some common support issues related to Canvas include:

- Students may end up with two accounts: a Canvas account and a non-Canvas account. The non-Canvas account is not automatically deactivated, so both accounts may remain active.

- When a student has two accounts, they may also have two Lantern profiles. These profiles cannot be merged, so the Lantern profile from the Canvas account may need to be swapped with the non-Canvas account that has the most Waypoints activity.

- Teachers may see Mathspace assignments appear in other Canvas courses, and parent notifications may be sent unexpectedly.

- Teachers cannot easily move a student into their class. This currently needs to be handled by Alvin.

- If a school is already using Mathspace, duplicate classes may be created, such as a manually created class and a Canvas-generated class.

- Because class creation can be student-led, teachers in Mathspace classes may be added to email lists or parent communications for those classes. Schools should be made aware of this behaviour.
